EDTF2L Week 2
This weeks EDTF2L game was against -UWE- on ctf_2fort. Once again the turnout for the game was phenomenal, we almost had enough to field two teams! Unfortunately this also leads to me feeling very guilty when some people who turned up don’t get to play.
The match itself was played on UWEs server, as ours is experiencing connectivity issues at the moment. After some clarification on the ED rules regarding red crossed players, the match got under way (much to some of our teams surprise!). There was a feeling of déjà vu as UWE could only field a team of 7 eligible players, so yet again we had the advantage right from the start.
The final result was a win by three rounds to nil, however this could have been higher if the timelimit had been set at the full 45 minutes instead of just 30.
